Round 1: Screening

5. How do you ensure that your insights align with the company's goals and objectives? How do you prioritize your work to ensure that your insights can be acted upon?
6. Describe a time when you have had to use A/B testing to make a product decision. How did you design and execute this test, and what were the results?
7. Can you tell us about a time when you have had to present complex data to an audience that may not be familiar with the subject matter? How did you ensure that your presentation was effective?
8. How do you stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in data analysis? How have you applied new techniques or tools to your work?
9. Have you ever dealt with data privacy issues? How did you address these concerns?
10. What is your experience with Mixpanel and Segment? Can you describe a time when you had to use one of these tools to identify user pain points or feature usage patterns?

Round 2: Behavioral

For these questions, please answer using the Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) format.

5. Have you ever had to make a difficult decision based on data analysis? Walk us through the decision-making process.
6. Can you tell us about a time when you had to communicate technical information or data insights to non-technical stakeholders? How did you ensure that your communication was effective?
7. Describe a time when you had to work independently on a project. How did you stay organized, prioritize tasks, and ensure that the project was completed on time?

Round 3: Technical

For these questions, please provide both high level and low level details. For coding questions, discuss time and space complexity.

1. Can you walk us through your experience with ETL methodology for performing data profiling, data migration, extraction, transformation, and loading?
2. Describe a product performance dashboard that you have created using Qlik Sense. What metrics did you track, and how did you ensure that the dashboard was effective?
3. Can you give an example of a complex report that you have created using MS Excel? How did you create the report, and what functions did you use?
4. Tell us about a time when you had to use SQL to extract meaningful insights from a dataset. What was the query that you used, and what were the results?
5. Can you discuss a data modeling project that you have worked on? What was the objective of the project, and how did you approach the modeling process?
6. Describe a time when you had to use Tableau to create a data visualization. What was the objective of the visualization, and how did you ensure it was effective?
7. Can you give an example of a coding project that you have worked on? Discuss the language and framework that you used, the functions or algorithms that you implemented, and the time and space complexity of your solution.
8. How do you approach debugging code? What are some techniques or tools that you use to identify and resolve errors?
9. Can you discuss a time when you had to optimize code for better performance? What was the bottleneck, and how did you optimize the code?
10. Tell us about a time when you had to design a system or application. What was the objective of the system, what components did you design, and what was the outcome?

Round 4: Leadership

1. Can you tell us about a time when you had to lead a team or project? What was your role, and what strategies did you use to ensure that the project was successful?
2. Tell us about a time when you had to handle conflict within a team. How did you resolve the conflict, and what was the outcome?
3. Describe a project that you have managed from start to finish. How did you ensure that the project was delivered on time and within scope?
4. Can you give an example of a time when you had to train or mentor a team member or colleague? What was the goal of the training, and how did you approach the process?
5. Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision as a leader. How did you gather information, weigh the pros and cons, and ultimately make the decision?
