As an experienced ETL developer, I have had the opportunity to manage and lead a team of ETL developers in multiple projects. One of the most recent projects involved developing and implementing an ETL solution for a healthcare organization. In this project, I played the role of team lead and was responsible for overseeing the work of four developers.
While managing the team of ETL developers, my approach to delegating tasks was to evaluate the skills and strengths of each team member and then assign tasks that aligned with their abilities.
