As a Java developer at TCS, I led a project called "Online Examination System" which involved building a web-based application for conducting online assessments. To handle conflicts within the team, I first ensured that everyone was clear on their roles and responsibilities and had a clear understanding of the project goals. I encouraged open communication within the team and scheduled regular meetings to discuss any conflicts or issues that arose. I also utilized a project management tool, like Trello, to help keep everyone on track and ensure that all tasks were being completed on time. One challenge we faced during the project was integrating different components of the system, such as the database and front-end, which were built by different team members. To ensure the project's success, I worked closely with the team to identify and resolve any compatibility issues. I also conducted regular code reviews to ensure that all code was clean and well-documented. Finally, I conducted thorough testing to catch any bugs or issues before the application was launched.Overall, despite the challenges we faced during the project, we were able to deliver a successful online examination system within the specified deadline.
