Senior Project Manager - Planning & Scheduling (High Rise Residential Project)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Planning & Scheduling for a high rise residential project located in Worli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, particularly in planning and scheduling functions within the civil engineering sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress against established schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks proactively.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedule updates, address issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on project performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
- Implement best practices and industry standards in project planning and scheduling to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
- Lead coordination efforts with various project stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules and successful project integration.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on planning and scheduling for civil engineering projects, preferably high rise residential developments.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Immediate availability and residency in Mumbai, with the flexibility to start work on short notice.
